Around 3pm I ate grilled chicken tenders, fries, chick fil a sauce and honey mustard. I had a bottle of water. Around 6pm I was doubled over with pain under my ribs. By 7:30 I was vomiting and having diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
