Ate part of a chicken, fish & shrimp platter for dinner and was up all with explosive diarrhea and uncontrollable vomiting.

Ate chicken and hush puppies. Within an hour of eating started to feel sick. It got progressively worse to where I went to the doctor. They did a CT of my stomach and found a bacterial infection.
