I had a 6 PC Chicken Nugget kid meal. Ate the chicken, fries and diet Coke.
Nausea started an hour later. Stomach cramps, gas, for the next several hours. Threw up approx 9 hours after eating it.

I ordered a filet o fish and two Mcchickens at around 4:30 P.M. on Friday, January 12. I consumed all the items when they became available. The next day consisted of frequent bathroom runs, diarrhea, and sulfur burps.
