Wednesday 4/25/18 evening ate a chicken sandwich and chile. Several hours later vomiting diarrhea fever. None stop until today. Will never never never eat there again!!!

Chicken sandwich and chili. Few hours later violent vomiting and diarrhea fever. It is 2 days and still can't eat anything
