Ate the beef and cheddar from Arby's and just 2.5 hours later the vomiting and diarrhea began- and it was violent. Also had severe stomach cramps that nearly put me in tears. I debated going to the emergency room but luckily symptoms had started to calm down after 4 hours. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Febre, Vomitando
