Chicken bowl with lettuce mild tomatoes and chicken. Chips. Next morning which was 7 hours later than we ate. severe diarrhea. My sister had same thing ate the same thing as well. So severe had to take medication to make it stop. We think it was the lettuce. Roomate had same meal minus the lettuce and had no problems. | Sintomas: Diarreia
