Friendly staff does not offset an unsafe kitchen. 'Steamed' oysters still raw, barely skin temperature, same as the spicy octopus. (Normally, no, you do not get the runs from these foods when they're prepared and stored correctly.)Food in hot service pans cooler than what would be safe. I've been to a lot of buffets, and this one has had the coolest 'steam table' that i've ever seen. Other dishes with liquid constituents like beef with broccoli were alarmingly cool.
And this is just about the service area, i don't even want to SEE the kitchen or storage back there.
Please, improve your cooking methods and service temperatures. I really liked how polite and attentive your front end was, but your food is key to your customers returning. I don't want anyone else getting sick because of an overlooked safety requirement. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea
