I went to grandville island food market. I went to the Chinese restaurant in the food court. I had pepper chicken, Kong poa chicken and fried rice. Ate it at around seven. Woke up around four, projectile vomiting, severe diarrhea and a slight fever with the sweats till about eight in the morning. This was Monday feb 18th in the morning.
