I went to grandville island food market. I went to the Chinese restaurant in the food court. I had pepper chicken, Kong poa chicken and fried rice. Ate it at around seven. Woke up around four, projectile vomiting, severe diarrhea and a slight fever with the sweats till about eight in the morning. This was Monday feb 18th in the morning. Woke up around three pm feeling weak, tired and sore. Stomach is still hard but keeping water down | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
