Good god please do not eat hamburger helper! Especially the enchilada flavored one! I have been back and forth in and out of the bathroom for two hours, feeling absolutely sick to my stomach. Not even an hour after eating the hamburger helper was I rushing to the bathroom with horrible cramps so strong I whimpered. The food itself tasted fine but the aftermath is horrible08/25 update: I was told to take digestion vitamins for my issues | Sintomas: Náusea, Diarreia, Cãibras
