I had meatballs , drink and chips( the meatballs were the pork and beef ones because they ran out of the chicken ones.) It happened on Sunday 12th August. Around five minutes after, I had servere heartburn and a mild stomach ache . Half an hour later ,I had to sit on the toilet for half an hour and I was in excruciating pain.
