10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hand drying devices at the hand washing sink in frying station. Person in charge provided paper towels at my request. Must have paper towels at all hand sinks at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) no citation issued.

- comments: observed no hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sink in rear frying station area. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed high temperature dish washing machine not properly sanitizing. The final rinse sanitizer is reading 112. 2f must have final rinse 180. 0f. Instructed to use the other high temperature dish washing machine or 3-compartment sink to wash rinse and sanitize utensils. Machine tagged held for inspection and must not use until repaired and properly sanitizing once repaired fax or email cdph. Priority violation 7-38-025. No citation issued.

- comments: observed bulk food containers stored on shelving unit in chef kitchen without common name labels. Informed manager that bulk food containers must have common name label. Instructed manager to provide labels. Maintain at all times.

- comments: observed cracks and crevices throughout floor grouting in bake shop and frying station food preparation area. Informed manager that surface must be smooth and easily cleanable. Instructed manager to re-caulk and ensure surface is smooth and easily cleanable. Maintain at all times.
