My neice, partner and I dined at the lynbrook hotel buffet on Friday 1st May, 2026. We only ate a fraction of what we normally eat there (about a small plate each, other time we've eaten up to 5 plates each), as we were suffering stomach aches at the end of our meal. Stomach aches and headache persisted, After about 28hrs later my neice woke up and spent the next 24hrs vomiting,(mostly yellow bile), fever, dizziness severe stomach cramps & feeling very weak. My symptoms worsened the next day almost to the same degree as my neice. My partner complained of an upset stomach. Im quite sure it was the thick noodles or possibly some of the prawns.
