Ate sausage mcmuffin and hash browns with coffee...at 9am....by 1030 I had Montezumas revenge (diarrhea prompted by nausea) 3 bouts before 1pm. Its 4 pm now and stomach is in knots....feeling feverish and diarrhea continuing. Drinking water but it threatens to come up.
