I ordered the Panda Express monthly special, Cantonese BBQ Brisket. I was struck down by uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea. I was vomiting so violently that I started vomiting blood. I was rushed to the hospital. Because of the violence of the vomiting, I tore a hole in my esophagus. I told the ER staff that I thought it might be Food Poisoning. They reported to me that a major enzyme in my heart was elevated to a dangerously high level. I was admitted to the hospital where I spent to next four days being treated for the cardiac enzyme issue. The final diagnosis was that it was indeed Food Poisoning. I almost died from this event. This is on record at Canyon Vista Medical Center (Sierra Vista, AZ) and at the Veterans Hospital in Tucson, AZ. My sister also had one small piece of the Brisket and was sick for three days. This event WILL be followed up on.... legally.| Sintomas: Náusea, Diarreia, Vomitando, Dor de estômago, Febre, Cãibras, Calafrios, cefaleia
