On June 8th, 2026, at 3:00 in the morning, I began violently, uncontrollably vomiting. The vomiting was so violent that it caused a "tear" in my esophagus. I then began vomiting blood... only blood!! The vomiting that caused the "tear" in my esophagus, caused me to vomit blood and that in turn caused a major enzyme in my heart to spike over 1000. I was hospitalized for 4 days at two different hospitals. I have ALL of the medical records. I had ordered the Panda Express monthly special, Cantonese BBQ Brisket. I was struck down by uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea. I was rushed to the hospital. I told the ER staff that I thought it might be Food Poisoning. They reported to me that a major enzyme in my heart was elevated to a dangerously high level. I was admitted to the hospital where I spent to next four days being treated for the cardiac enzyme issue. The final diagnosis was that it was indeed Food Poisoning. I almost died from this event. This is on record at Canyon Vista Medical Center (Sierra Vista, AZ) and at the Veterans Hospital in Tucson, AZ. My sister also had one small piece of the Brisket and was sick for three days. This event WILL be followed up on.... legally. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
