Panera bread’s avocado melt and chicken noodle soup, I was fine for a few hours but I got stomach cramps early the next morning. I ate at about 9 or 10 at night. The next day I woke up with diarrhea. Symptoms took about 6 hours to set in because I was asleep. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Cãibras
