Purchased ham, Swiss, & egg sandwich around 4:30 PM. Felt very nauseous by 5:30 PM. Started vomiting around 8:00 PM and continued vomitting until the following day around 9:00 AM. Made appointment to see doctor and confirmed it was food poisoning. Had fever and high white blood count. Also fainted at counter after blood work. | Sintomas: Náusea, Vomitando
