i only had a nitro cold brew with sweet cream today aside from dinner. i had the drink about 2 hours prior to dinner. during dinner i became violently ill with cramping and diarrhea. it wasn’t enough time for myfood to even go through my system. husband ate the same food as me and had no issues. i am not lactose intolerant. 3 am now and cannot sleep due to nausea and cramping. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Cãibras
