i only had a nitro cold brew with sweet cream today aside from dinner. i had the drink about 2 hours prior to dinner. during dinner i became violently ill with cramping and diarrhea. it wasn’t enough time for my
food to even go through my system. husband ate the same food as me and had no issues. i am not lactose intolerant. 3 am now and cannot sleep due to nausea and cramping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
