On 3/30/26 around 1009 pm, Ate nacho taco and chicken chalupa supreme. Meat had a bad odor. Consumed nacho taco and only a few bites of chalupa until I realized the smell of the meat. Vomited smelly meat x5 on day1, and nausea with stomach pain. Nausea throughput day and vomited 1x day 2 with stomach cramps | Sintomas: Náusea, Vomitando, Dor de estômago, Cãibras
