Had a bag open for a week or more, but sealed tightly. All was OK when I first opened the bag, but when I ate some seeds a week later I got violently ill (much vomiting and sweating) about four hours later. I attributed it to other causes, since I had eaten the seeds earlier without incident. Then i had five seeds yesterday afternoon, and within for hours I had a repeat of the vomiting and sweating, but worse this time. I now know it was the sacha inchi seeds. Eu não acho que foi o comerciante Joe's tanto quanto foi a semente. Eu tive a mesma reação violenta a esse tipo específico de semente. Eu tomei uma vez antes em um shake de proteína comprado em outra loja, não em um comerciante Joe's. Eu estava violentamente doente depois de comer a semente em meia hora, eu estava vomitando e tive diarréia e estava doente.
