Had a bag open for a week or more, but sealed tightly. All was OK when I first opened the bag, but when I ate some seeds a week later I got violently ill (much vomiting and sweating) about four hours later. I attributed it to other causes, since I had eaten the seeds earlier without incident. Then i had five seeds yesterday afternoon, and within for hours I had a repeat of the vomiting and sweating, but worse this time. I now know it was the sacha inchi seeds. No creo que fuera tanto del comerciante Joe como de la semilla. Tuve la misma reacción violenta a ese tipo de semilla en particular. Lo tomé una vez en un batido de proteínas comprado en otra tienda, no en Trader Joe's. Estuve gravemente enferma después de comer la semilla en media hora, estaba vomitando y tenía diarrea y estaba enferma.
