Had a bag open for a week or more, but sealed tightly. All was OK when I first opened the bag, but when I ate some seeds a week later I got violently ill (much vomiting and sweating) about four hours later. I attributed it to other causes, since I had eaten the seeds earlier without incident. Then i had five seeds yesterday afternoon, and within for hours I had a repeat of the vomiting and sweating, but worse this time. I now know it was the sacha inchi seeds. Je ne pense pas que c'était le trader Joe's autant que la graine. J'ai eu la même réaction violente face à ce type de graine en particulier. Je l'ai déjà mangé dans un shake protéiné acheté dans un autre magasin pas chez Joe's. J'étais gravement malade après avoir mangé la graine en une demi-heure, je vomissais, j'avais de la diarrhée et j'étais malade.
