I visited Wendy’s in Exeter on Saturday 18/03/2026 and had the following food items:BBQ bacon melt cheese burger
Chilli fries with melted cheese
Frosti with Kitkat topping
During early Sunday morning I started to get stomach pains followed by diarrhoea which these symptoms have continued through until Monday morning .
This was the only food I had Saturday | Sintomas: Diarreia, Dor de estômago
