I visited Wendy's in Exeter on Saturday 18/03/2026 and had the following food items: BBQ bacon melt cheese burger, Chilli fries with melted cheese, Frosti with Kitkat topping. During early Sunday morning I started to get stomach pains followed by diarrhoea which these symptoms have continued through until Monday morning. This was the only food I had Saturday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
