I went to Wendy's on my lunch break around 10:30 AM & I got 10 piece chicken nugget with fries and a drink and now I'm throwing up while I have diarreah. It's torture right now. Had 4 mcdoubles around 7 pm on 10/24 could only eat two within a couple hours I had moderate food poisoning not the worst case I had but still a day after still suffering will more then likely go to E. R. In the morning after work  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea
