Dollar chicken quesadilla

I ate at the Taco Bell in Janesville, WiI.
It was the only thing I ate that day.
Ordered off the dollar menu. Did not taste good. So I did not finish the other chicken quesadilla . Have had diarrhea for 3 days and counting.

I had got done with work. And headed to McDonald's got my food around 5:45 and had a nice meal. About an hour and a half later I started getting sick to my stomach and then that led to vommiting. Still sick.  | Sintomas: Vomitando
