I tried the orange chicken with fried rice, my first time ever going to Panda Express, and by the end of the night I was vomiting nonstop, having diarrhea, chills, and severe stomach pain. Safe to say I'm not eating there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain

Dollar chicken quesadilla

I ate at the Taco Bell in Janesville, WiI.
It was the only thing I ate that day.
Ordered off the dollar menu. Did not taste good. So I did not finish the other chicken quesadilla . Have had diarrhea for 3 days and counting.

I had got done with work. And headed to McDonald's got my food around 5:45 and had a nice meal. About an hour and a half later I started getting sick to my stomach and then that led to vommiting. Still sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
