Went to visit this mcdonalds on 5/30 at 1:52 pm and 3 hrs later felt queasy and nauseated. Been vommitting and diarhea for 8 hours straight. Couldnt get thru when i called  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando

While at the restaurant I developed bad stomach cramps after I ate. Used the bathroom at the restaurant and started to feel nausea. Went to Sams Club to do some shopping after I ate and started to vomit in there bathroom. I vomited a total of 4 times since I ate the salad  | Sintomas: Náusea, Vomitando
