Bought their deli packaged ham two days ago. Opened it up for a sandwich. It smelled weird but I thought maybe that’s just what Kroger’s ham smells like. Immediately ill an hour after. And since then.

Ate two slices of a BUILD YOUR OWN with MOZZARELLA, RED SAUCE, and PEPPERONI. Har urge to throw up starting an hour after. This was Tuesday evening. Felt sick all day Wednesday.

On I believe Monday 4/11 I ordered an 8 count nugget and medium fries as a typically indulge is. I ended up getting a UTI from E. coli the following day and was out that whole week. I feel nauseous, had diarrhea, cramps from constipation, etc.
