On I believe Monday 4/11 I ordered an 8 count nugget and medium fries as a typically indulge is. I ended up getting a UTI from E. coli the following day and was out that whole week. I feel nauseous, had diarrhea, cramps from constipation, etc. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Constipation
