Cheeseburger burrito/pre-cut pineapple from Trader Joe’s eaten at 9 pm. Also consumed a Oikos zero strawberry flavor (from Target). Vomiting and diarrhea began at 2 am. Continued throughout the night and into the morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
