Ate 1 box Soup dumplings (red box). Had 5 instances of diarrhea within an hour of each about 2 hours after eating. Also heavy nausea. Exp. Date 2027. I would take a photo if I could get off the toilet! They did taste watery (little flavor) but I didnt see it as an indicator of anything.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Consumed blueberries at Trader Joe's over Memorial Day weekend--immediately became violently sick with severe gastro enteritis. Was hospitalized for 6 night and 5 1/2 day with complications of a secondary kidney infection.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
