我今天感觉很好。我吃了一些来自秘鲁羊驼木炭鸡肉的鸡肉、青豆和大米。下午 2 点左右我开始出现一些胃痉挛，后来变成了更严重的抽筋和恶心。我试图在下午 5 点之前小睡一会我出现了呕吐和腹泻。我多次呕吐。清理胃部后我感觉好多了。我没有其他症状表明我生病了，而且这种症状是在我吃完之后才开始的。

I’m not sure what exactly it was but 45 min after eating I started to get hot and sweaty then it all came up
This is the second time since I’ve eaten out in Sanford in the last 2 months first was other resturant now this! Just don’t eat out in Sanford! | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 出汗
