I threw up within two hours of eating at the Applebee’s in Lodi. I hadn’t eaten anything else all day After having the steak skillet on top of grilled mushrooms for dinner at Applebee’s about 5-6 Hours later I had diarrhea and was throwing up. I was so sick that I ended up at the hospital.
