早上 8 点左右我在这家 BK 吃了早餐。我跑了一个错误然后去睡觉了。我在同一天下午 1 点醒来准备上班。我开始呕吐直到肚子里什么都没剩下。我发烧了，头痛了。我曾经发生过几次这种情况，我已经把范围缩小到了香肠肉饼。
