昨晚，19 年 1 月 12 日晚上 8 点 45 分左右，我点了一份辛辣的鸡肉三明治餐。当天早些时候我整天在工作中感觉完全不错。吃完三明治后几乎立刻我的胃就开始转动了，我的气体很糟糕。吃了三明治大约两个小时后，我开始疯狂地呕吐。我整晚都睡不着因为每半小时我就会呕吐一次。我今天 1 月 13 日试图去上班，由于持续的恶心，发烧和根本没有能量，我不得不提早离开。

My wife and I both had Spicy Chicken Sandwhiches, shared a fry and had Lemonade + Iced Tea to drink. Ate dinner around 5:00. By 8:00 my wife was throwing up, and 2:00 AM it started for me too. Couldn't get off of the couch on Saturday without vomiting. Finally started feeling better Sunday morning.
