I ate a chicken sandwich (first meal of the day) and soon after (7 hours) I begin having nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, loss of appetite and bloating.

Chik fil a 三明治普通额外的泡菜和辛辣的豪华鸡肉汉堡，我昨天下午买了食物。我吃了一半的普通三明治，然后把另一半留给第二天去上班。我丈夫在上班之前就吃了他所有的辛辣豪华三明治。他在工作中因发烧发冷而生病腹泻回家了。
