我在星期二晚上 8 点左右吃了小鸡菲尔制成的 Cobb 沙拉！我星期三早上 6 点半左右醒来时胃痛非常严重，然后开始每 20-30 分钟呕吐一次，整天都有腹泻！剩下的时间里我很虚弱，非常痛苦！我不知道送给我的是生菜还是鸡肉。

I went to breakfast at 10 am got a number one to go (chicken biscuit and hash browns) before I got 10 minutes down the road I started feeling nauseous. I had no appetite all day and by that night I had diarrhea and was throwing up. I am on day 3 of diarrhea, nausea and no appetite.
