I ordered the chicken salad and 30 mins after eating it I threw it up. That was at 2. By 630 I was deathly I'll vomiting all night

My friend and I had the same meal but she didn't have barbeque sauce. I had lunch at 11:30 and was deathly ill by 7:30 pm. I am seeing my Dr. This morning. Bloody stools and vomiting.
