Super Greens bowl. 4-5 hours later nausea and continuous vomiting, fever, chills stomach cramps diarrhea. Extreme thirst but unable to keep water down

Ate here last night and felt a little queasy before going to bed. When I woke up this morning I had severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, and nausea, all so bad I had to call in sick to work.
