them the following morning to warn them that they sold us bad chicken. A manager told her to bring the remainder of the meal and offered a refund. We thought it was odd to dig up the meal from the garbage, but we did anyway. I brought the receipt and our garbage to her. She looked at the amount, $29.22 and decided not to give me my money back. First she said "How can I be sure the chicken did that to you?" To which I replied, that it was the only thing the 3 of us ate in common that day. Then she went on to mock me and my family for eating the darker looking (crispy) chicken they served us. My mother-in-law and I have recovered, but my mother is still vomiting and has chills. The manager claims that since they received no other reports of food poisoning, this extricates them from any responsibility.
