食品安全报告: Culver's, 2501 South Kanner Highway, Stuart, 34994 Florida, United States

Had a double cheeseburger at around 530 pm , woke up around 1130. Violently ill ,stomach cramps ,vomiting,diarrhea, this continued thru the night. Unable to eat anything except crackers and drink ginger ale for next three days. This started January 19th. Friday night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
