Ate Dominos Thursday night. My brother and I were both sick on Saturday morning, Started for both of us arouns 5 am. Diarrhea then vomitting

Me and my brother ordered 2 medium one topping pizzas, Parmesan bites, and cinnamon knots. We both ate the pizza and some Parmesan bites and 24 hours after consuming we both came down with nasty food poisoning that resulted in fever, vomiting, and diarrhea.
