Ate lunch a delicious lunch yesterday. Tofu tacos , chips and salsa and by midnight seriously ill with diarrhea and nausea and fever...by 2am projectile vomiting. Still unable to eat anything and still sick as of 24 hrs later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
