Ate ikea meatballs, within 30 minutes was vomiting and diarrhoea. I’ll for 3 days.

Ate meatballs with mash and peas (plus gravy and jam), followed by dime bar cheesecake at 16:30. Aye nothing else. Vomiting started at 10pm. Continued through the night and into today.
