昨天我们在肯德基吃了一顿饭，我吃了一顿盒饭和一个鸡肉里脊汉堡。一夜之间感觉有点不舒服，然后第二天反复出现严重的腹泻和呕吐，肠道完全清理干净。我妻子也生病了。食物中毒太可怕了，一切可能的东西都被驱逐出去了。我不明白这是怎么发生的。

Me and my boyfriend had it today and ever since we have been fighting over the bathroom because we are both so ill. Both of us feeling extremely nauseous and both have diarrhoea. Its my birthday tomorrow and by the looks of things i will be staying indoors..

Uncooked chicken, pink and blood on the inside. Also cold in temp.
