下午 4 点到晚上 8 点 Katsu 咖喱我在教健身课时差不多生病了。晚上 10 点仍然非常恶心。我吃的时候，食物没有热，但是假设它在很短的步行回去工作时就冷却了。也许没有在正确的临时存储？？无论如何，不会冒险回来。

Edamame beans and spinach salad, A few hours literally was choking on the disgusting stringy spinach salad coming back up and bit my tongue. Obviously contaminated with the clearly non grade sushi I feel so ill I can’t stop shaking
