7-year-old sick with symptoms of Salmonella. He is cold & sweaty, abdominal pain, diarrhea & feels very sick. This woke him up at 2:00am & was feeling terrible. He had a happy meal, which gave him a stomach ache right afterwards.

Stopped and got a McDouble and a large Sweet Tea, to end up deathly sick with diarrhea and stomach cramps. I'm not positive of the cause, but I'm pretty sure it's from either the tea or McDouble. My tea tasted sour, to the point that I almost…
