Happy Meal Salmonella Scare

7-year-old sick with symptoms of Salmonella. He is cold & sweaty, abdominal pain, diarrhea & feels very sick. This woke him up at 2:00am & was feeling terrible. He had a happy meal, which gave him a stomach ache right afterwards.
